Not enougfh room to install?
It says the app is 1.4GB in size, but with 3.82GB of free space on my iPhone, it says there isn't enough room to install, and for me to remove some pictures and videos, which I did but still same message comes up. How much room does this app need?
I had to restore my phone after installing it
Having downloaded the app on my computer i tried twice to sync it to my phone, each time iTunes stalled out (got half way though the install and hung there for hours). I canceled the install and tried using my phone only to discover it had now become so slow it was hardly usable. Restored my phone and tried installing it again, the same thing happened. Restored my phone again, this time with out installing Navigon and it worked like new again. Perhaps I am an isolated incident but until there are more reviews/an update i would take it as a word of warning before u decide to purchase it.
Very Poor POI search interface
For all the anticipation this app provided, it turns out to be a major disappintment for me. The search interface is stupid and the POI database is very thin (according to this there arr no Costco stores in my state). You can not search for all the Best Buys in the state; you have to pick a city always. Their "statewide" search only includes monuments, parks and other useless stuff.
A search for Walgreens in my city produces a list but the list does not contain street names so I can choose the one I am interested in quickly; I have to select and cancel each find until I get to the one I want.
A very frustrating experience overall due to bad design of POI search function.
