Come with Me to Hell: Part 1 (Remastered)

From their humble beginnings as extreme rappers from Memphis to winning an Academy Award (for "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" from the film Hustle & Flow) and starring in multiple MTV reality shows, Three 6 Mafia are a true American success story. Back before they were famous, group founders Lord Infamous and DJ Paul (as well as Juicy J) dropped several collabo albums on the indie label Prophet Entertainment. Originally released in 1994, Come with Me to Hell is 14 tracks of seriously demented (in a good way) hip-hop, all about freewheeling sex, unapologetic drug use, and remorseless murder. Though the sound quality is a bit rough, you can definitely hear the trademark Three 6 vibe coming through, with its requisite John Carpenter–influenced minor-key synths, 808-heavy drum programming, and bizarre chant-along choruses. Check out "All Dirty Hoes (Original)," "1000 Blunts," and "Too Deep."
