Jeff Buckley's posthumous live recording culled from shows on two post-Grace world tours not only shows how he transformed his and others' tunes into something transcendent onstage, it offers tantalizing hints of what might have been. Buckley follows his muse through extended versions of Grace tracks like the moody, mysterious "Dream Brother"; he also covers (or more accurately, transforms) everything from Big Star's "Kanga Roo" to The Smiths' "I Know It's Over" and delivers tantalizing, otherwise unrecorded original tunes like the rough-hewn "I Woke Up in a Strange Place" and the Eastern-tinged "What Will You Say."
