On-in-the-lifetime concert

     

This 2-CD release includes a complete record of a beautiful concert, which took place in 1991 in Krakow's STU Theatre. It was attended by great artists: Halina Frackowiak, Alicja Majewska and memorable Andrzej Zaucha, for which this performance was unfortunately one of the last before his tragic death a few days later. Composer Wlodzimierz Korcz supervised the the whole project, he also arranged all the songs performed at the concert. A unique recording was created which still captivates unique atmosphere, perfect craftsmanship of the artists and different moods. According to a number of listeners who already had a chance to enjoy the music form this on-in-the-lifetime concert, they can not longer imagine a Christmas in their homes without the "Carols in the STU Theatre."
