This sequel to Young Thug's 2013 breakthrough mixtape features music he recorded during his tenure with Gucci Mane’s 1017 Brick Squad Records. The rubber-voiced Atlanta rapper is incapable of being dull even on outtakes. “Oh Ya” sounds like a giddy experiment in how high his voice can go, and “Take It” has such a hyper, overstuffed beat that Thug has to fight to be heard for once. The standout, however, is “Sub Zero,” a Mortal Kombat-inspired banger featuring Quavo of Migos.
