Power Pop isnt dead.. and this aint no side project
TLATR are one of the best bands in the world.. in a year they have put out 2 albums.. two good albums and they show no signs of slowing down.. i hope they make it by the 4th album set for release winter 2011 :)
Perfecting the Sound
Listened to and bought the first album and thought it was a great start. Full of wonderful riffs and lyrical capabilities. However, as soon as I bought Marathon, I saw the spark and felt it in every note. Absolutely love "Tarred, Feathered, and Scarlet Lettered". It's so gutsy, as are many of the songs on the album. For sentiment's sake, "Going Home" is an emotional journey, melancholic yet so beautiful and heart-wrenching. Definitely worth every cent for this wonderful album!
