Yes, this is dog.
Very (dog) catchey
Weebl once again graces us with a weird song and one has to wonder where the ideas for some of these come from.
Telephone Dog is "almost" a dance number, with a little tweaking it could be a dance club number, but as it is, it's not really long enough. Weebl seems to fear that extended version of his songs will lose the attention span of his audience. He might have good reason to believe this but I don't think that is correct. I personally would pay for extended versions of his songs even it it is just filled out with solos. A musical solo is perfectly legitimate.
One thing that has my curiosity peaked, is the EXPLICIT warning on the iTunes music. I guess I missed the "explicit" part. I feel like I'm missing something somewhere, some sexual innuendo or something like that.
The video version of this song has a cartoon dog near the end that pulls something to his crotch, but although this looks like it could be sexual it may not be. I can't tell what he is dragging to his privates.
When this question is answered, I have a feeling I'm going to feel really stupid, but it won't be the first time.

The song is explicit because it says "s***" ONCE. however, to make this a review, I will say that this song is brilliant.
