flaberghasted
let me start by saying it is a good record, nice, relaxing, all that good stuff. but this is john freakin zorn for Christ's sake! WWJD? he would give it a spin & say thanks but not impressed. good, chill xmas record, but NOTHING ORIGINAL whatsoever, there are 1000 other jazz xmas records that sound exactly the same. i'm not expecting a naked city xmas, but from such a diverse & great artist, i feel like this is a cop out. maybe next year! still love ya man! guess were all gettn a little older.
