awesome game, and even better with the new update!
I bought this game a while back and honestly, I became kind of bored with it soon after. But the new update adds a lot of variety and functionality to the game that were missing before. You now have rockets (which are cool) instead of just bombs, you can unlock new strengths as you progress through the game (e.g. improved attack, defense, etc.), the new environments are great, and the game is longer. The original version that I had bought seemed very easy; but the new updates have added difficulty and variety that are a welcome addition. Also, they've added a "hard" level that is great for people like me who felt the game was initially too easy. Thanks to the programers for keeping the updates coming, and for actually having worthwhile and awesome updates. Glad I kept this one! And for 99 cents, it's a steal.

I think it would be better if they update and in put the original version of 1942 in it and make the controls better and save progress too
Great game and worth buying!
I been playing this on my iPhone 4 for the past 4 days. I love it the touch screen is very responsive. I love that I can play my music while playing. Bear McCreary's Battlestar Galactica, Season 3 Soundtrack is great while playing this game.
