Campfire is better than IM:

DIsappearing transcript bug
Good app, but a persistent bug remains since every version of Ember: after uploading an image (via camera or photo gallery), the transcript disappears. One must quit and restart the app to see the transcript again.
Why mess with a good thing?
Immediately after starting the app you are presented w/ the 37 signals login page from their website. Which loads slowly and is zoomed way out b/c it's obviously a webpage and not an actual iPhone app. Why? Ember already had this solved using actual iPhone UI elements.
Ember was perfect. I imagine you (37signals I'm talking to you) thought so too and that's why you bought it. All you can do is screw it up.
Anyway, making it free is nice. Good on ya.
A good start ...
Hopefully this product will be great soon. Right now it's a bit buggy. Transcripts disappear after posting a photo and you have to restart the app to get it to work again. Also the login screen has a poor UI.
