The 5Star Urgent Response™ app provides help at the touch of a button. It’s a powerful service that delivers immediate access to Certified Response Agents trained in CPR and other emergency procedures. By simply tapping the button on the 5Star app, you will be immediately connected to highly-trained Certified Response Agents, 24/7. They will identify your location, will evaluate the situation, can conference in family or friends, dispatch 9-1-1 emergency service, access a nurse, or provide any additional assistance, if needed.
If you need assistance in the app, just “Shake for Help” and information will appear via a help bubble on screen. For extra support or guidance, you can always contact GreatCall’s U.S. based customer service team via phone or email.
