Migrating your existing data to the new app is really easy - just go to the Settings screen from the original Accounts app and touch on the 'Transfer Data' option on the bottom.
Accounts 2 NEW Features:
✥ Income and Expense Trend report that displays income expense trend over a 6 months time period.
✥ Ability to AirPrint reports directly from an iOS device that supports multitasking to an AirPrint-enabled printer.
✥ Reports can now be sent as PDF file attachments via email.
✥ Search screen will now display a result total on the bottom.
✥ You can now specify a date range when exporting transactions.
✥ Recurring transactions can now be posted before the scheduled date arrives (by touching on the icon of the recurring transaction).
✥ Scheduling of one-time occurrence transactions is now supported.
✥ Improvement to the auto-fill feature which will now automatically select the debit/credit type for the transaction based on history.

great but...
this is a real good app, and i use it daily and when i dont forget... so it helps to keep me away from overdrafts. the accounts 2 is a good idea, but i will save my $.99 for a version with multiple device sync, as the current e-mail sync isnt much convenient, and the new features arent something im looking for :)
Irritated
I love the original accounts app, but am quite annoyed that the developer would add a few tweaks and call it a whole new app instead of adding the updates to this one. Where's the love for all the people who supported you the first time around?!
Like but don't like
I just purchased the accounts app yesterday and really like the overall layout of the app. Be nice to have the sync option. However I cannot believe that the developer wants more money just to get different features. Not cool.
