Description
ACE Parking's convenient parking app will help you find the best parking options in your town. Search for parking or let the app decide where the closest ACE Parking location is nearest to you. Each lot has a description of payment options and the type of parking offered. Other features of the app include:
• Mark your car/Find your car
• Indicate lots as favorites
• Pay for parking (select locations)
• View real time availability through red (full), yellow (filling up), green (plenty of space) color coding (select locations)
For locations that accept payment through the app, enter your vehicle and payment information one time and easily pay for parking with just a couple of taps each time you visit. More robust features coming soon such as monthly parking, parking reservations and special offers!

* New accounts require verification of your phone number to help ensure the security of your information and reservations.
* Participating parking lots may offer parking validation codes to discount the cost of parking.

Easy
I use this app every time I park downtown and never have any issues. Finding and paying for parking is straightforward and requires zero effort on my part. I appreciate that I can pay ahead of time and not have to deal with using the physical machine on-site. This makes my life easier.
Parking extensions via the app are not communicated to enforcement officer
The app reminded me of the upcoming expiration in 15 minutes, paid the extension fee with 12 minutes to spare and came to my car to find that a notice was issued a few minutes after the original expiration. Had to submit an appeal statement online and provide photos as proof, it will take 4-6 weeks to hear back by postal mail if they recognize the error on their part. Loved the fact that I could pay easily with ApplePay and manage my parking session on the app. Unfortunately after this experience in San Jose, CA, I will not use the app or ACE unmanned parking facilities again
Makes parking a breeze
Wow this app was recommended by a friend and boy was I glad I downloaded it! So easy to find available lots with big events. Easy to just pay in the app and you’re parked up in minutes without needing to visit a machine!
