Noise reduction
I got this app solely for the noise reduction. And it was free so I figured... No big deal right?
It turns out to get this feature you have to spend $4.99.
I wasn't really happy about the underhanded maneuver, but I spent the $4.99 for the in app purchase. I have to say, I'm rather underwhelmed. Also I figured the in app purchase would transfer to my other devices. Nope, I was totally wrong. So that would be $4.99 per device you install this app on, just for the main feature advertised for this app.
I feel like this is some kind of false advertising. Be up front about this kind of thing app makers!!!!!!
I want my mony back!!!! You can have your app back. It's useless to me.
Another brand name watered down to nothing
I can't be TOO hard on this app, being that it's free and the description is accurate. That said, I was really looking for something to do some real, if basic, graphic editing; or in the common parlance, PHOTOSHOPPING. This app looks like nothing but some filters and rotate/crop.
Adobe really needs to pick a different name for these products. This is tantamount to Chevy calling their new economy model, sub-compact hatchback the "Corvette Express". All it does is tarnish the image of the real thing.
Noise reduction now costs 4.99?!
I loved this app so much I kept it on my home screen next to the camera icon. I ran every photo thru PS Express before using other apps to "get fancy". The noise reduction was favorite feature. After using it countless times, I was stunned to get an out-of-the-blue pop-up stating I would have to pay $4.99 to get the NR feature back as it was now an in-app purchase bundled with other features I have no use for. I am sorely disappointed. While it seems unfair to charge any amount for a feature I've been enjoying for free, it is even worse not to offer NR separately (unbundled) at a more reasonable price. I am sad to say good-bye to PS Express but it no longer offers anything I can't get from other apps.
