Great for Free!
I agree with a lot of the people that are wanting more functions and capabilities; however it's free and I can edit the photos I take before posting them on the web. For that I'm grateful! I would like to see Adobe work on a more feature rich version, I'd pay like $10.00 for an application a little more like photoshop on my Mac. As someone with 30 plus years of photoshop experience I'd probably even spend a lot more for that. I don't know how many times I had to run back to the shop and make correction. Something I could use on the go would be huge, I hope Adobe reads these reviews.
If your a home user and you want to do some minor changes, straitening, framing and simple effects filters you will love this free app. I gave it 5 star for that use. This is not meant to be a professional tool but reading the reviews I can tell that a large population is ready for something more like a slim version of the Photoshop application. Maybe Adobe should take PS3 or 4 and recode it for iPhone. That would probably do everything people want on the go and still keep the price margins they want to get from new releases.

Good but not great
Works well enough to get the job done but doesn't have support for the iPhone 4's display and doesn't support background uploading like other iOS 4 apps do
