Developer Notes:

FAQ:

Q: How do I edit items in my list?
A: Make sure you updated your app to 1.1 then click the "Edit" button this will put your checklist into edit mode. You can then click on any item to bring up the edit screen.

Q: How do I reorder items in my list?
A: Click the edit button to put your checklist into edit mode. Then on the right side you will see three lines, press and hold those three lines then move your items up and down. Let go of the item to save it's new position.

Future updates are always free, and there will be plenty of new features. If you have any requests you can e-mail me at felix@bepilot.com and tell me what you'd like.

Good

Would have given it 5 stars if you were able to put one liners into the program and if you could easy correct a checklist on-line. For instance, if I could place a check into the middle of the page without having to use the up and down arrows (drag and drop, or just insert). Cause if there is a lot of checks it takes a lot of time to move the items from bottom of page to the middle of page. Hope there is not a change to the check list otherwise it could take a long time. Would like to see in next update: the ability to put one liners into a checklist and make it easier to insert a check list item into middle of page without using the up and down arrows ( takes a long time if you have to input several items into a long check list in middle of page).

Almost Perfect

As a professional pilot, I can see how tools like this will greatly improve aviation safety. But, there is one thing missing that would completely blow away the paper checklist.

In larger aircraft, it's hard to follow, on a paper checklist, the conditional decision trees that are omnipresent in the Emergency Procedures. This is especially true when your under stress.

What would it take to add decisions to checklists... more of a work flow than just a checklist.

Also, while the ability to do items out of sequence is normally a great asset, there are some (rare) items that need to be done in a specific sequence. The ability to define a prerequisite to an item would be fantastic.

Just my two cents. It is a great product.

Great support

As others have noted, the interface isn't the most convenient to use. However, nothing beats the customer support. I had an issue sharing a checklist and sent off an email. Response within 15 minutes, and issue resolved.
