Comprehensive Fitness App

The All-in Fitness app is one of the best fitness apps I have seen in the App Store. This app includes a variety of exercises for all muscles in the body. Exercises can be arranged by body parts, muscles, or types of equipment. I really like the fact that there are pre-made workouts loaded into the app for specific goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance. What really stood out for me was the Calorie Counter feature, which sets a specific calorie goal per day and includes an interactive log to track food and calories consumed throughout the day.

That being said, there are a few areas that I believe the developers of the All-In Fitness App could improve on. One thing that I didn't like was that creating workouts seemed confusing at times, particularly when adding different exercises. However, this is just a minor problem. Another feature that I would like to see modified is the ability for this app to work without internet connection. This app does not load exercise descriptions without the internet. I find this problematic since it makes the app pretty much useless when at the gym since you cannot reference videos or even just textual description of the exercises.

Overall, I find the All-In Fitness App to be one of the better fitness apps. It has a wide variety of exercises, and good workout plans. The main negative aspect of this app is its inability to load exercises and their descriptions without internet access. I would recommend this to any fitness lover.

Don't buy. Doesn't calculate BMI correctly. When used the "search" filter to find exercises came up with nothing. Half the screens are "buy more". Waste of money!

An app for a fitness trainer

You might never need a fitness trainer with All-in Fitness. This app not only comes with hundreds of fitness exercises and workout programs, but also helps you keep track of your overall health. The first thing you'll be asked to do when you open the app is to create your profile, which will have you entering details such as your height, weight, age, etc. The Body Tracker section will let you record a wide range of details, including the diameter of your neck, chest, arms, waist, hips, thighs, etc. There's also an area for you to note down your blood pressure, blood sugar levels, body fat, and even your general mood. If you've got a weight-loss goal, you can take photos of yourself, which can help measure your progress and motivate you.

Food makes for health too. All-in Fitness offers a Calorie Counter to help you figure out your calorie intake. You can either search through the in-app food base by food categories, brands, restaurants, grocery stores, or scan barcodes. You'll need internet access for this though.

With all these features, All-in Fitness is truly a well-rounded fitness app. And if you're the sort to need external motivation, you can create a training schedule and set alerts to remind yourself. The only thing is there are so many exercises that it can be hard to decide what to do. But I guess this is where the ready-made workout programs can come in handy.
