Great Game Play - But it ends short
I mean, don't get me wrong, the game has A LOT of levels, but for 2.99 it's not really very much. There are games for 0.99 (or free even...) that are infinite, such as Robot Unicorn Attack. It's fun enough for me to rate it 5 stars, but I'm really looking forward to an update with more levels, or (and here's a thought), something like a "zen mode" kind of play(if you can call this game peaceful...) where you can just sit there for hours and get random injuries every time. That would be infinite - and fun! I would look forward to that! ;) *wink**wink* Haha, just giving some ideas, because a lot of people won't want to buy a game that'll end too quickly.

This game is fun but they should come out with a new one, I have them all. A Halloween one would have been cool. Also they should have gamecenter too.

Lol I totally spelled my title wrong... Autocorrect win!! Anyways this is so fun Im on the 2nd file and I've had the game for 2 days!! I'm so proud!! Lol jk but you should get the app its expensive but sooo fun and there are so many people to operate on!!! Great app but I do agree with some people it's hard I've done the first file and I got a B on bleed and 2 Cs and the rest are Ds and 2 Fs lol
