Here’s what you can do with the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPod touch:
- Buy products on the go and pick them up at your favorite Apple Retail Store, or have
them shipped to your door.
- Personalize an iPad or an iPod with free engraving, plus get signature gift wrapping for
select Apple products.
- Buy an iPhone with just a few taps.*
- While in an Apple Store, quickly purchase accessories on your own with EasyPay
(requires iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S)
- Request help, check in for reservations, and meet up with a Specialist at the store.
- Make Genius Bar and One to One reservations and sign up for workshops and events.
* Rate plans for AT&T and Verizon Wireless are available through the Apple Store app. To purchase iPhone with a Sprint plan, visit the Apple Online Store or an Apple Retail Store.
What's New in Version 2.0
- Personal Pickup: Buy in the app and choose to pick up your order at any Apple Retail Store. Most in-stock orders are available for pickup within an hour. (U.S. only)
- EasyPay: Purchase select accessories in store quickly by scanning the barcode and completing your transaction right in the app. (U.S. only, requires iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S)
- Track your stuff: View the status of current and previous orders from the order status section in the More tab.
- Additional international support (Canada, China).

Epp Corporate Discount Feature
I'd like to see this feature added to the Apple Store app. This way the app would become full featured for people like myself who get corporate discounts on apple gear - that will make the app perfect & 5 star!
EasyPay
It says you need iPhone 4 or 4S. So no iPod touch or iPad support? And speaking of iPad, how come this app STILL isn't universal?
Now Apple Store is at 2.0 and
it's not optimized for the iPad. I hate the look of the 1x and 2x apps on the iPad. They just look tacky! Apple has added features that make it more useable than the standard Safari version on the iPad, why continue with this iPhone optimized app... I expect better from Apple... You should be leading other developers away from this style of app (I delete all apps that aren't optimized for the iPad).
I guess making Universal apps must be very difficult if Apple can't do it… The other developers must have some MAGIC that Apple doesn't!
Yes, I checked and there is no iPad version available, yet!
