I am so pleased to announce this update. "Drawing mode" in v2.1 and "Forest mode" in v2.0 are really awesome! Much more beautiful and fun!

Surprisingly good
Update about the drawing update: very neat! I think the idea is a great addition to the app, but it seems whenever I draw a tree, my line will just be a bare trunk until the last part, then the little sprouts, leaves, and flowers go crazy. It'd be nice if it were more consistently sprouty/leafy on all parts of the trunk, or at least from the middle toward the end.

I figured for $0.99 I'd give it a shot, not expecting much. I swear, I've probably spent an hour today just growing trees. I've made so many pretty wallpapers from this! You can fiddle with colors, leaf styles, flower styles, trunk styles, background styles, etc. Love all the customizations.
For the developers, I would love to see more customization options. Maybe the ability to import our own images as the background, flower, leaf, or trunk images. It'd be cool to have a tree style that looks like bamboo, also. Maybe the ability to save our customizations for future use/sharing. Also a randomized button. As it is though, the app is great!
good for relaxing
This app is good for relaxing and unwinding and just forgetting your troubles. I like watching the tree grow in unknown direction and develop a different shape every time. I wish there was a mode where you could touch the trunk to cause branches to sprout at that spot, either during growth or after the tree is done. The addition of music is great, I hope to see more tracks, or maybe allowing you to use your own. Keep up the great work!
