GREAT GRAPHIX! First truly commercial quality game I have seen on the iphone.
OK, nitro cart was close, but this game goes far beyond that. This game really feels like a professionally made game, not some watered down product made just for cell phones. I really think they could (and should) charge more than $10 for this game. Just look at the screenshots!
That said, I did one in to one minor bug - when using the accelerometer to control the game, the screen goes dark after a while. I think the game needs to do something to let the OS know that the user isn't idle while the game is playing.
(NOTE - my user ID says "disappointed" - that was for another game review, not this one. Not sure how to fix that.)

Gameloft outdid themselves with this one....i was just blown away by the overall quality of this game!
At almost 100 megabytes in size, this game is one of the most graphically impressive games on the iPhone yet. Great car models, great tracks and backgrounds...even the music is impressive! The developer also paid attention to all of the smaller details like menus, layouts, customizations...everything in the game has depth! You get to choose from over 25 cars, and customize everything from rims, paintjobs to the ECU, Shocks, Weight Reduction and other aspects of your car. You even get girls to "tag along" with you in your cars during races to give your car a little performance boost. Tracks range in locales from San Francisco and New York to Monte Carlo and Shanghai, 12 tracks in all. There are different racing modes, from a standard track race to "Beat'em All," "Duel", and many more.
Controls are pretty spot-on, and little events during races like cop chases, takedowns and bonuses help keep things interesting. If you've ever played Gran Turismo or the Need For Speed series on consoles, then this game will feel like home for you. This game will easily take 25-30+ hours to beat, and will provide hundreds more of fun. Highly recommended, EASILY worth the $10.00. Can't wait to see what updates for this game will bring!

This game is THE BEST game out there for the ipod touch and iphone.

There were people working very hard for a long time in this game. They deserve the money!
There are bad PC, Mac, Xbox, and playstaion that cost more then this wonderful game.
If you are saying that this price is too high, then you dont deserve to own the apple device in your hands.
This is an excellent racing game.
