Customer Reviews

Mark the Spot works

Mark the Spot does work. This is the process:
1.) Mark the Spot sends a report to AT&T then they reply with a text message

2.) AT&T investigate the reported area within 48 hours to see what the issue is.

3.) If there was a truly issue AT&T constructs and new tower and sets up more antennas and many more improvements. This process should take 30-60 days

crashes

This update ruined it. It crashes, only let's you report a few times before forbidding it. (updating location)

Joke

Haha this app is a total joke. If you don't have coverage and use it to report that, it just crashes after draining your battery. It won't store the info until you have a connection like it is supposed to. AT&T = joke
