1. How to add video with USB
- Run iTunes 9.1 or above
- Device->My Device(My iPhone)->Apps, drag and drop files to the AV player's documents
2. The optimal speed when advancing its playing speed can differ depending on the way it’s compressed and the size.
Video clips of XVID (AVI) 720 x 480 can be fast played up to 1.3-1.5 times faster than normal.
High quality video clips of 720P (1280 x 720) or more are recommended for MP4 format.
MP4, MOV, M4V formats that QuickTime supports can be played up to 1080P by using H/W Decoder but, Post Processing function isn’t provided.

This app was great, but after the last update it constantly crashes :(
Very good
It's not just the formats; it has hardware acceleration for mp4s and allows you to load iPhone content without iTunes. High speed video playback is nice.
Love it!!!
I am a medical student with lots of lectures to watch. Double speed is phenomenal. It plays all types of files. It was very easy to drag and drop the lectures. I read one review that said it took forever to load. Are you crazy?! I dropped them in the app according to the directions and in three minutes I had twenty-four 30 minute lectures loaded. I have no idea why anyone would rate this app low. Literally, I have no idea because many of the reviews are written in Korean. ;P But I say this app is totally worth it.
