Description
Banner Free is an LED-matrix-like display with which you can show custom messages. The following items can be shown:
- 5 user-defined messages
- 32 types of symbol characters
- Date (3 formats)
- Time (3 formats)
- Tweet (3 defined feeds based on user's timeline or keyword search)
- iPod music (Artist, Song, Album)
The application has the following settings:
- Scroll speed
- Blink speed
- Landscape-only mode
- Upside-down display
- Mirror display
- Double-tap editing
- Sleep disable
- Character size (3 sizes)
- Element (LED) size (3 sizes)
- Element (LED) shape (6 shapes)
- Element (LED) color (Hue, Saturation)
- Element (LED) color randomization
- Screen brightness
The length of each message is 10,000 pixels long. You can create a 50,000 pixel long message if you use all five messages together. For reference, Picasso's famously long name, "Pablo Diego José Francisco de ... Picasso" is 132 characters and 1,107 pixels long.
"Banner Free" is a free version with ads; "Banner" is a paid version with no ads.

Addition of Ads
The newest version has added iAds that are shown in both portrait and landscape mode. They slide in from the right side, pause in the middle then exit the left side. Would've kept this app that I've literally had for years, but the ads make the "free version" basically a piece of junk.
Have deleted and have no plans to acquire a "paid" version of this app. >:-(

I hate iAds
Thanks for ruining a nice app jerk. I also hate the icon of the paid one so I guess I'll just delete.
