Description
The bodyCal is an easy to use Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator.
With bodyCal you can use metric (kilograms (kg), meters (m)), or Imperial (stones (st), pounds (lb), feet (ft) and inches (in)) to calculate your BMI. Once the numbers (including age and sex) have been entered the calculator will give you your BMI, and BMR, and state whether or not you are in the ideal weight range, or if you need to gain or lose weight
