mixed review

Good puzzles and game play. But puzzles are explained EVERY TIME you open them. Clicking through becomes irritating. Enjoyed the game but it's not worth $5.99. Would have been happy at $2.99.

Excellent Adaptation

I've always enjoyed Brain Age for the DS and this is a great version. The games are varied in difficulty enough so that there are easily earned successes alongside diligently earned victories.

The scoring is a little strange in that the size of the object determines your score, but it gives it a universal and creative feel.

The price is justified for a few reasons. One is that the game has never crashed. Ever. The second is that buying this for the DS is about $20 more. The third is that the UI is polished and user friendly.

I get truly excited to check my brain age everyday.

Good app but needs more options

There is not a quick way to repeat exercies. After each go you must start at the menu again. When training for a particular game I would be nice to get right back into it. This app needs an ask repeat option that when enabled will make the app ask you to repeat a game. It would be nice to have a start over option in regular training in case you hit the wrong key or are only trying for a universe rating. Maybe double tap quickly to bring up an exit/resume/repeat option. I like this app a lot but it could be a lot more user friendly (as far as saving a little time)
