Description
"Of the millions of apps out there, none quite capitalize on the sheer fun and beauty of interactivity the way that Scott Snibbe’s do.” --CoolHunting
**iTunes Top 10 App of the Year for Art and Music**
Bubble Harp draws bubbles around your fingertips, recording and replaying your movements while creating music. It’s a combination of drawing, animation, music, art, geometry, and gaming. You can record long movements of a single point, or stream many points out of your fingertips like ink. When you tap the screen's edges, you can change from single points to streams of points, change graphic and sonic parameters, and post to Facebook. Multiple fingers and multiple people can touch the screen at once to create together. Bubble Harp was first released as a work of interactive art by Scott Sona Snibbe that was only available in galleries and museums. Now it’s available as an iPhone and iPad application that also makes music.
Rated #1 Music App and Apple's Top Music App in many countries, since its release.

Truly amazing!
Bubble Harp was one of my favorite apps even before there was sound. It has gotten better and better ever since. Try setting it to single dot mode, chromatic scale--even just a few dots can create amazing and surprising sounds (music?). I have no musical talent, but this app makes me feel like a participant in an avant garde musical collaboration.
I can't recommend this highly enough.
Beautiful Harp is Fantastic!
Bubble Harp is a beautiful new form of visual-musical instrument.... part new media art, part experimental music, and just plain fun. I could play with it for hours, and it is always different. Snibbe's apps are always elegant and meditative, and I never tire of them.
The new version lets you save your musical creations, load, post to Facebook, and it is very easy to bring up the settings too -using a single tap at the bottom of the screen.
I love this app! My rating is five star plus!
I think the art of this app is the best part of it but whatever you like it is an all around awesome app. I have found that if you draw it well you can make bird figures and other awesome items and they can be surrounded by the coolest webbing. You can also squiggle really fast on a side of the window and it can be a really tight messed animation. Whatever you chose to do this app is just awesome. I have now purchased all apps by this person!
