Jean-David Cahn AG was founded in 1999 and continues a proud family tradition which reaches back for almost 150 years. The first catalogues of the Münzhandlung Cahn appeared in 1863 in Frankfurt am Main. Jean-David Cahn retained his father’s specialisation in ancient Greek, Roman and Egyptian art.
Cahn Auktionen AG was founded in 2006. The company specialises in auctions of ancient art and thus continues a long family tradition.
The Gallery Cahn as well as Cahn Auktionen AG place prime importance on the quality and provenance of the pieces offered for sale. Furthermore, Jean-David Cahn and his team of archaeologists provide both consignors and buyers with qualified advice.
