There seems to be no way of turning off the notification bubble! I emailed this company on sunday. I did not expect a reply on sunday nor monday (labor day holiday) but now it is the end of tuesday and no word. If they don't answer soon, and fix the problem. I will have delete the app. I will not have that stupid bubble showing until I get the service done.
