We are aware that some folks are having problems with the app after updating. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Most will be able to get things working perfectly again by deleting the current app from their device, and installing the app again. We are submitting a fix to Apple today.

Incredible customer support
It is unbelievable how great the customer support I recieved for this app was tonight. I wrote via their website well after closing, and got not one, but six responses within ninety minutes. I was having a problem getting the app to run after purchasing, but their second email suggesting that at a last result I delete and reinstall the app did just the trick. I wrote back that it worked, and they further explained that the app was very large because they chose to embed the hour of video. Embedding the video gives best performance while walking around the streets of Charleston, so that makes sense to me. The fact that it is so large mean some devices need special care after install. I did have to go the extra step, but as you can see from most of the other reviews, it was clearly worth it. It is amazing the depth of information here. The person looking for refund below, two things: 1: you are missing out 2: you must get refunds through iTunes, not the developer. You purchased the app through iTunes, not the developer
Spectaular Tour
Unbelievable tour. Worked beautifully. I walked around with it last night and the vids were gorgeous. Really liked the fact that I could stop and start at my leisure.
