Lost All Data - App Website Gone
With the update to ios5, it worked flawlessly. Then I rcvd the pop up re the new backup feature and my last 2 years of data were gone. No way to get it back and the developer's website is non-existent so no support.
Sorry, but...
This is a decent account manager, however it is some major flaws:
- I hate the way it scrolls the wrong way (compared to the iOS calendar), it is very confusing to have to scroll down to see older transactions;
- I find it very annoying to have to always enter decimals, even for round numbers;
- I just entered around 50 transactions and the app froze on me twice;
- I wish it was possible to see the running balance for any given date, like on Quicken;
- They should not charge extra for syncing but rather make this app iCloud compatible.
For all these reasons I will not upgrade to iReconcile (which does not even include free syncing).
My rating would probably have one extra star if I did not have the feeling that the developers are trying very hard to rip me off.
Pay for Back-Up ????
The app has worked good since the update but you have to pay extra to back it up, What a rip off!!!
