Description
This free application enables you to consult the A codes of the international classification of diseases, also usually called ICD-10.
The ICD allow the coding of the diseases, the traumas and the whole of the diagnoses in the health services.
You can buy the nomenclature supplements (version March 2009) for 5.99 $.
The future modifications of the ICD-10 will be proposed by paying updates.
Three modes of navigation or search are proposed:
• Navigation in chapters and sub-chapters.
• The module of search uses the code and the description. You can type several words to refine the result.
• The module of the favorites enables you to put side of ICD-10 codes and to find them by starting again the application.
You can also send the description of a ICD code by e-mail.
The application is autonomous, and does not need a connection to Internet to function.

Diagnoses missing! No F00 - Alzheimer's in there and that's just the first one I found after 5 minutes of use.
