Good app!
I like Citibank app, I have no problems with their website or the cell phone app. I am gladly using it, it makes my life much easier.
Crisis in Russia exacerbated by Citi
Almost impossible to close accounts. I need to convert everything to roubles at the worst rate -5 so Citi can keep this part of the profiteering going strong. Then II must transfer the roubles somewhere. I cannot access non active accounts (total balance 15 roubles). I cannot activate. No one answers chat. No one answers the call in. Bottom line: I can’t close accounts.
No push in 8.1
Trying to turn push on for transactions, app asks to do so in Notification Settings first. However, Citi app is not even listed in such list as it does not invoke system dialogue to allow notifications. Like ever. So if you turned push on for transactions in the past, then, say, switched phones or reinstalled app - you get no notifications whatsoever. Zero. Nada. XXI century coding, boys.
