Revisionism is NOT History
Were the developers all rednecks who claim the south will rise again? The limited reading of the games "storyline" outraged me as the facts are not correct. The civil war did not start because the North wanted to abolish slavery nor was Lincoln truly an abolitionist at the onset of the war. Please question EVERYTHING in this Internet age, when truly any crap or misinformation can be published. This type of bad info is what allows fiction to become the meme of the age! Please learn your history and update app!!!!

Nice game but graphics sub par to others.
Same old game with new screens. Could care less about the history lesson. No kids will read it anyway.
If you're going to use the same engine, the game should just be a $.99 cent upgrade, not a $5.00 game.
I suggest a revamp of the methodology. Maybe $5.00 for the original game - whichever one you buy - and $.99 for the new ones if you've already purchased the engine.
Still a great way to pass the time.
Warped History
Neoconfederate propaganda!!!! Lincoln did not want slavery to expand west into the territories. He was not an abolitionist and promised to protect slavery where it already existed i.e. The South. Too bad southerners started a war to protect their "state right" to own slaves even though it was protected by the federal government. God bless the idiots who fired on fort Sumter for being the real abolitionists!
