Synchronizing
Update: Can't believe it - all this time waiting for an update hoping for a fix and it STILL spends the same amount of time syncing discussion posts - every time you start it - even over wifi - even if you've never added any discussion posts?! -1 star. Imagine if your iPhone made you wait five minutes every time you switched to your phone app to make a call. Or your Kindle app took at least five minutes to open a book every time you switched back to it. Wouldn't be very useful or pleasurable apps, would they?
Excellent concept, but the time it takes to "synchronize discussion posts" - which it does EVERY TIME you start it up, is insane. Today it took 12+ minutes. The "workaround" is to switch into airplane mode - but then if someone tries to call you you won't know it.
Finally, I'm happy a new version is coming out, but either tell us when it will come out or just put it out instead of announcing it.
