Great, but...

Overall the app is ok, interface is easy to understand, the map tracker is usually quite accurate, and it always tells you how long and how much. However I cannot choose any new destinations! I don’t have a credit card to use Uber or Lyft and I’m so sick rn, that my voice is gone, so I can’t even call them to go see my doc, what am I supposed to do in this case :(
Please fix this, I beg you

(a) “Search option” Pickup or destination address
(b) “wallet” add or delete credit card account or pay by cash
(c) “User profile” change personal information: Name, phone number,email ,etc.

Disrespectful and disgusting attitude

I’ve been taking this car service for over 17 years and the service that’s being provided naw is disgusting these people who can barely speak English pulls up with attitude and talk to your crazy always speeding driving crazy clove lake really get this service together paying customers shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from the driver
