Conquest is a version of the classic board game where you combine risk and strategy to conquer the world. As well as the standard world map there are 35 other maps included in the game that you can choose to fight over.
You can play solo or multiple human games against the randomly selected computer controlled opponents, each with their own personality and strong artificial intelligence.

Great game. Stats summary shows dice rolls ARE random
This is a great game. I got it as an alternative to a similar game that rhymes with "disk"and in fact I think this is far superior. The number of different maps, difficulty levels, dice options, and card options make this a lot of fun. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. One complaint seems to be that the computer is favored by the dice rolls, but under settings there is a statistical summary which shows that the dice rolls are equally distributed. Another is that the computer will attack even for its short-term disadvantage, but this is actually a good strategy for a smart computer to use as it prevents you from getting continents too easily. It seems to apply this to the other computer opponents so I don't feel that this is a bias against the human player.
Possibly these concerns applied to an older version but I don't see a problem now. I highly recommend this game, very addictive and a lot of fun.
The only glitches are minor: the world map in the corner sometimes obscures part of the territories, and it is sometimes difficult to attack around-the-world from one end of the map to the other, while the computer can do so easily.
One of the best games ever
I could play this game for hours. The range of difficulty is awesome. I really like the additional maps. Sometimes it is irritating when the computer wins a battle, but It just makes me try harder. I end up winning about 75% of the games I play. Thanks for the great game. Keep the new maps comming.
Awesome
Love this game and was so happy when new maps were added. Just one thing, the mini map in the top right drives me crazy. It interferes with my map view on a couple of the maps. The worse is the new inversed map. I want to play it, but i can not see the countries behind the map. Please fix so we can turn the mini map off. Other then that, this is very addicting!
