Got a phone number and don't know who called?
Whenever I missed a call on my landline phone at home, I just saw the number, and could not find out whom I would call back.
With this application you can effectively search your contacts in the iPhone/iPod by any number in the address book.
While you type in parts of the number, this list updates immediately, showing all matches.
You can view / update your contacts inside the application.
International Prefix Codes are interpreted according to the country to give you alternate search options. E.g. you will find a +4989-123456 by searching for 089123456.

It does search up numbers , but it searches up number from your CONTACTS LIST like if there was a number I didn't no like at all this app would not help me find out who it was .

Does exactly what it says
Does exactly what it says. Looks up contacts (YOUR contacts) by phone number. Found it very useful researching numbers on my phone bill also helps when contact doesn't show on ID - for example if prefix wasn't stored in my contact list, it may not connect the full phone number with the local partial number I had stored.
The app does not claim to be able to search an international database of numbers for a reverse search. It would be rated much higher if people would read what to expect BEFORE downloading.
