Every point of every game matters with the Cover5 scoring system. We use the Cover5 spread to strike a balance between the favorite and the underdog. You score points based on how much your picks cover or don't cover the spread.
Cover5 uses real teams and real scores so you won't have to root for players on teams you hate or blow your season because your first round draft pick tore an ACL. The Cover5 mobile app allows you to play on the go anywhere, anytime!

Can’t log into my account during season
Great fun betting app to use during NFL season, however, I always have issues being signed out of my account and now I can’t log in to my account from the app midseason.
Getting rid of the best feature
This app has new developrs, and they have decided to get rid of the best part of the game. They no longer allow people to create private leagues where you can compete among friends, you can only compete nationally. This has been by far the best part of the app and game experience, I have no clue why these idiots would get rid of this option.

Hi John, Cover5 is under new ownership and we've been working on the app all year, but we will not be supporting any feature unless we feel 100% confident in it being a great user experience. The bad news is...we're just not there yet with private leagues. They'll be back next season, though! This was a tough decision but please trust that when private leagues return, it’ll be even better than before. We hope you'll join one of our local leagues where you can compete against others in your city / area. You can get your local join code from the Join League screen in the app. Thanks for sticking with us, and good luck this season!

Hi Zach,
Cover5 is under new ownership and when we ran contests for the first time earlier this year, we had to reset the database to keep with privacy rules. You’ll need to register a new account, and once you’ve done that, you’ll be all set to join a contest and play this season! If you need a Join Code for one of our public leagues for football season, you can request one from the Join League page or drop us a note at team@cover5.com.
Regarding private leagues: we've been working on the app all year, but we will not be supporting any feature unless we feel 100% confident in it being a great user experience.
