Great Multiplayer Racing with Simultaneous Voice Chat
Cro-Mag Rally is an insanely fun competitive driving game that serves up the perfect blend of game physics realism, heart-pounding action, and networked multiplayer fun, with a cartoon graphic style so delightful it's impossible to resist wearing a big silly grin of joy and satisfaction.
Select from nine different tracks and eleven differently configured vehicles before each race. Practice racing alone against a group of game-generated racers (adjust the difficulty level and steering sensitivity in the game settings), or, even better, invite Game Center friends to compete with you online (that's where the most fun is to be had).
You and up to three additional friends can race in real time with simultaneous voice chat over WiFi networks. This is so much fun. Make new friends around the world. Race with Arnie in California, Lars in Sweden, Stefan in Germany and Sephora in Canada. Throw out taunts to your buddy as you burn a nitro power-up to speed past him. Say, "Sayonara, sucker," as you toss out a bone bomb, sending your friend spinning out of control. It's a total blast.
Track your own progress and the progress of your friends on the Game Center leader board.
But that's not all. There are two additional types of contests, each with their own uniquely themed arenas.
There's Capture the Flag, a terrific team-play contest suitable for two or four players, where the objective is for one team to retrieve six torches from across the field of play before the other team retrieves theirs. (Watch out for mischievous opponents who take off with one of your torches to hide it.)
And then there's Tag, perfect for two, three or four players, where the objective is to remain "it,"avoiding getting tagged by your opponents long enough to run out the clock.
If you love physics based cartoon games like Angry Birds or Tiny Wings, but think you would also enjoy the more social aspect of a great multiplayer action game, and you love racing, you will absolutely love Cro-Mag Rally. Get it. You won't be disappointed.
