My wife and I are going on a cruise on April 10th, 2009. I used a beta version of Cruise Pro to find the cruise, and was happy to see that I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else on the internet, or in a catalog. I called up Carnival (the cruise line we are using) and they said that's a better rate than they can even offer over the phone. This application really does work, and I hope that you enjoy it. Good concept
V1.2 I am increasing my stars back to 3 due to some modest improvement. When "day optional" is turned off, search is unable to find the cruise. When "day optional" is turned on, the cruise is found, even though it is for the exact date entered when "day optional" is turned off. Though awkward, at least now I can locate the desired cruises.
However, the developers have failed to correct the departure times in the arrivals column and the arrival times in the departure column.
Nevertheless, the app is now useful.
V 1.1. I am now further reducing my stars from 2 to 1 since in this update the developer never addressed the arrival and departure time reversals and the missing HAL Eurodam cruise of 12/26/2009.
V 1.0. I have reduced my stars from 3 to 2 because the developers have ignored feedback and haven't addresses the problems.
Reproduces common booking programs on Internet. This ap brings convenience to iPhone. Arrival and departure times appear to be reversed at least for Ruby Princess itinerary of June 9. Eurodam cruise of December 26 is missing. Great to have itineraries so easily available when it works. Needs some tweaking. Would like to see Cunard. Also what other ships are in port the same day. Good start for first release.
Poor App!!!!!!
I live in Florida but it would only give me cruises from California (?? on spelling). Why would I want to travel to the other coast to go on a cruise when I got departure ports all over Florida. DON'T BUY!!!
Really is a horrible app. Bad luck.
Does not find cruises.
Any day, any line. Choose your city (Tokyo, Bangkok, Hawaii, it doesn't matter) and nothing will be found.
I saw the other terrible reviews but NEEDED an app like this so decided to risk the 99-cents on the chance it may work for me. Nope. Complete waste of money.
I have 150+ apps. This app is among the worst. Shame on Apple for allowing it into the App Store.
