Crystal Defenders is a strategy game in which players must deploy units comprised of popular jobs from FINAL FANTASY Tactics A2, such as Black Mages and Soldiers, mastering the terrain and elemental affinities to fend off encroaching enemy hordes that have taken aim at the the party's crystals. Players can enjoy twelve stages and 360 waves of action in three game modes catering to all skill levels. Learn the basics in W1, open the door to deeper strategies with power crystals in W2, then take on the expert W3 mode that will test the wits of even the most seasoned armchair generals!

Long time Square fanboy
Really upset they would update a game for minor bug patches and not address the major lag issue for the iPad3. This game is unplayable on the new iPad. The difficulty level of the game is incredible and enjoyably frustrating. Looking forward to a new patch that addresses the retina iPad lag issue.
Ipad 3 Lag
I loved this game on my iPod and my iPad 2, I understand there is a problem with the my new iPad and lag, and I just hope it can get resolved soon. Other than that, anyone who likes strategy defending games would find this very enjoyable, especially if you are a fan of Final Fantasy. I'll increase to 5 stars once the lag problem is resolved on my new iPad.
Ugly and Broken
So, not only is it not compatible with the new iPad, but it also runs like an epileptic fit. 1FPS? Wow. Were you trying to make this game unusable? Hope you enjoy my cash.
