Over rated, & a technical nightmare
This app gets high ratings from a lot of people. I don't know why, it seldom connects iPhone to iPad or laptop without first troubleshooting then rebooting both. File transfer is painfully slow. Frankly there are far better apps that are FREE. I did 30 years on air in the radio biz, and this us not an app I would seriously consider for anything of a professional tool.
This App ROCKS!
This app actually saved my club gig. While my laptop crashed, this app did the job like it was a $ 700.00 Dollar piece of equipment.
Fun app, needs update, few issues...
I installed this app thinking it would be a good practice solution, for when I was at work, in the car, or on the way to the gig. The selling point was the price, a lot of functionality for less...
The mixer function, cue, and headphone options make this app really useful. I've used it on many occasions, the most memorable being a gig where the turntables were not hooked up (I mainly spin vinyl).
While the tech and I hooked up the tables, I used cue.play.dj to play the first two tracks of my set. I'd give it ten stars, but 5 will have to do.
