Ratings and Reviews
No CHANGES or CANCELATIONS! Useless!
CWT no longer lets you CHANGE or CANCEL a reservation through the app or website! What a racket! They make you call their 1-800 number so they can charge you $14 every time your plans change (on top of change/cancellation fees)...what are people even paying for?? I can get better service through Expedia for free! I'm contacting my company's administrator to request we switch to a different travel agency like Upside.
Nice app with a few quirks
I’ve started to use this app to better manage my increasing number of business trips.
I have one comment and one bug that I’d like to bring up:
- Comment: it would be nice to have better control over the notifications the application pushes. For instance, I don’t care to be notified that a luggage carousel has been assigned to my flight because I personally don’t check in luggage. We live in a world with an over abundance of notifications and being able to select only the ones meaningful to me as a traveler would be helpful (I.e. individually turning on/off notifications for upcoming trips, check in, carousel, gate changes, etc)
- Bug: the calendar sync doesn’t work. When trying to enable it, the MyCWT app says I need to give calendar permissions to the app but the permission window doesn’t show. Going into the privacy settings, the MyCWT app is not listed under calendars. Going into the iOS settings > MyCWT, calendar permissions don’t show up. It seems the MyCWT app doesn’t trying the request for calendar permissions in the first place.
App crashes. Never had worked for me.. until now
UPDATE: thanks dev man!! App is working great now. I look forward to putting it to use next week!! Been a year since I’ve tried this app and once I’ve set up my account, the app crashes. Tried deleting the app today and setting up from scratch, still crashes.
