It's Okay
I was excited to see this app, particularly as the online catalog hardly ever works for me. While this app isn't the most user-friendly or best designed app ever, it's ok. Search is a little awkward and for the longest time it crashed every time I tried to renew an item. (As of today, it doesn't crash...it just says "Renew" with my user number and a big "Dismiss" button when I try to renew items...and, of course, they don't actually renew). Hoping that there will be quick improvements to make this app better and easier to use.
NICE
I've had this app since it was introduced. It's effective at what's it's designed to do. The interface is good. I've been able to place material on hold and have it sent to my library of choice. The search feature works well. My only concern is when I renew material. It allows me to renew the item, but it also kicks my out (some call this crashing). I must relaunch and log in again. Improvement suggestion-allow for multiple renewal of materials without having to relaunch.
Buggy App
The app is disappointing insofar as renewing books is a major hassle. Evey time you renew a book, the app crashes and you have to start anew, log in and do it over and over again, for each book. There's a renew all button, which doesn't work. Finally, it eould be neat to just be able to pay your charges , but there is no such option.
Let's hope for an update some time soon.
