The "Rule of Thirds" tool requires a camera and OS version 3.1, so it will be disabled on iPods and any iPhone with OS version less than 3.1
iPod Touch users: The iPod Touch does not have a built in GPS and so the location detection feature in Shoot Diary in the application may not work accurately.
