READ THIS BEFORE BUYING
I wanted to love this app but I don't and here's why.
This app is It's basically a rehash of an award wining BOOK with a limited series of charts. By limited i mean, for example, going into cardio vascular besides the initial human outline there are only a few areas that can be brought up to simulate zoom in areas with additional details. Same with nervous, skin, reproductive, etc. Yes you can always by gesture expand or "zoom" a given image but it doesn't reveal additional detail.
Basically is an online version of a book.
What was I expecting? Something that would take advantage of the interactive capabilities of the iPad. Something like the elements app where you can rotate and spin objects in 3d and provides detailed content, which this app doesn't.
The real human body is a fascinating organism but sadly this app isn't.
This app should be worth $2.99 at most. Its a collection of pretty drawings. At $13 this app is a total rip-off.
Save your money and instead buy the book ( this app is a rehash of a printed book).
This one hurt my feelings
I tattoo and was hoping to get some good skeletal reference. Basic things you'd expect like Zoom just can't happen. No 360 view, heck there isn't even a picture of a skull for crying out loud. Don't waste your money. Google the information you're looking for.
Very disappointed
Lots of labeled pictures and extremely little interaction. For this price where are the 3D pictures? What 3D there is is not smooth at all. I really feel like I got ripped off for this high price. Big mistake.
