App is almost as bad as the service!
The app crashes every time I try to open a powerpoint. The thing is worthless and here is the best part...I you want to speak with anyone at the company to try and get some help or service they charge you $19.95 if you want to speak with someone.

WARNINGS
Just note that this program will NOT send you the installation process unless you sign up to allow them to send you SPAM. But you can go online and find it anyway. Also, it will not work if you are running a VPN to your office; so you must download the files you want, sign off the VPN, connect and sync, then sign back on to the VPN and copy the files over. Also, this program is really just an add to spend an extra $15 for the "real" version.
Ouch! - What a great app, but NOTHING WORKS!
What are people talking about....just go to their forum ... case after case of nothing working and....after that Jan 5th DeskTop update that's really the culprit they keep passing it off as an apple thing , when all other apps using the bonjouir thing work great!
No support, syncing issues r past off as an apple thing, gMail doesn't work and if u look at their forum nobody gets their issues solved… don't know about all these great reviews i've been reading about - when things used to work last year 2009 then I would understand about those great reviews,

I have review all resposes about sync issues - and it quite apparent that noone's getting any help except a response that my 7yr old could give "IT's SOMEONEs ELSES FAULT"
This use to work great! - and now even before the update it just works every once in a while to the point of why bother to sync anymore "no support" - "no answers" just blaming
Even putting aside this bonjour thing - I can't even access or edit files, folders ect EveryTime we try the app jusst crashes!!
and yes before wasting anyones time i did everything that even my 7yr old could of told me , including delete all and everything and reinstall only to waste a day or two to get nothing but the same results "NOTHING not even from their support or should I say LACK OF SUPPORT"
I'm a member of lot's of forums and this is truly the WORST
