No External Keyboard Functionality for Word!!!!
It amazes me with all the great features of this app that Word does not work with an external keyboard. I used to LOVE this app until I got an iPad with an external keyboard. Now, it's one of my more useless apps. I emailed support and got a lame answer about the app only supporting a limited amount of external devices for the programs within the app. External keyboard works with Excel and Power Point, but not with WORD!!!!!! Go figure! Hopefully, the developers will get this figured out. Until then, cannot recommend this app, especially NOT FOR STUDENTS! Fix this, please, then I would change review in a heartbeat to a 5.
Update trouble
Program worked perfect until it updated, then it no longer worked and I have not gotten any support putting it back on my PC . Their 800 number is longer in service. I guess they really don't care if you can't get help when you really need it. Not going to let this happen to me again.
PowerPoint Slides Not Working
I purchased this in hopes that I could view my PowerPoint slides. If there is a picture or graph embedded in the slide, it will not show it. It will only show words. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I want my money back or get this fixed!
