Here are some tips for using Drawing Pad:
1. To import a photo into the background of your drawing, tap the "Colored Paper icon" in the toolbox, then the "Film Strip icon."
2. Use two fingers to re-size and rotate stickers.
3. Use the stamp tool on the sticker toolbar to place the sticker into your background so you can draw on top of the sticker.
4. Tap the sticker icon, for "photo stickers"

THE BEST - Now how about wrist protection?
The thing I love best about this app is its simplicity. It's simple enough for my son with autism to use. Picking a new color is SO visual, you can't go wrong. I have only one request; I wish there was some sort of 'wrist protection' when writing on the screen with a stylus. We tend to rest our wrist on the screen and if we do that, we can't write. I like to have my son practice his writing with Drawing Pad.

Can't be beat!
This app is a rare breed. Colored pencils, brushes, markers, stickers, backgrounds, facebook, twitter, and email. Kids love this app, adults love it just as much. Tools are presented as art supplies, not as deeply nested menu items. Developers are responsive to suggestions, and seem committed to making this fantastic app even better.

The very best...
This is a great app because not only does the app itself provide a wide range if options to stimulate your creativity but the support is absolutely outstanding. When I experienced an issue, I went to the developer, got immediate attention and found that the problem came not from Drawing Pad, but from my recent conversion to 4.2. Overall, re apps (quality, support, value) this is the best...thank you
