Description
Have you ever found yourself at someone else's place, wanting to use their phone to make a call? Just put your iPhone's speaker to the mouthpiece of the phone and choose the number to dial from the contact list. DTMF Dialer will then play back DTMF tones that the phone picks up and calls.
Version 1.2 brings you new preferences including prefixes. You might use DTMF Dialer at your office where you need to dial "9," to get a dial tone.
You can set up to three custom prefixes, set one to be used by default or toggle automatic dialing.
For best results set your iPhone's speaker's volume to about 75%.
Warning: Not all modern phones support DTMF Dialing anymore. Please check your phone's user manual.
What's New in Version 1.2
• Settings have been added:
- Dial automatically (as before) or don't so you can edit the number and have to press dial manually
- Add extra delay between DTMF tones (needed for some really old phone providers)
• Prefixes have been added. Set up to three custom prefixes (e.g, "9," at your office) in settings which can be activated with a single button in the application. You can also set a prefix to always be used by default and to automatically replace the '+' sign when a prefix is used.
If you don't specify any prefixes, the prefix button will be hidden.
• The 'Forward delete' button has been made bigger.
